Home Ownership Solutions, LLC is a consulting company for consumers and for Credit Unions in Wisconsin. I help people with the home buying, the mortgage process, and with issues that may arise during home ownership. I counsel and answer question, but I am not a mortgage orgiginator. I also help Credit Unions with their mortgage programs and with marketing issues.

Niel Moser is the Manager and President and specializes in helping home buyers and home owners. He also assists people in their improvement of their credit scores. Niel has over 40 years experience in providing mortgage lending and home ownership counseling. He has worked directly with Credit Unions for over 20 years. In addition, Niel is a volunteer member of the board of directors of the Madison Area Community Land Trust and of Community Shares of Wisconsin.
