I am not a mortgage lender or broker.  My mission is to help home buyers and home owners decide on the best mortgage program for their needs, be prepared for home ownership, and to help members of Credit Unions through the home buying process with their Credit Union. 

Also, if you are having difficulty with your existing mortgage, I may be of help.  I can review your situation and help you work with your mortgage servicer or lender. I have helped many people over the years to solve problems and work out long term solutions.
