Home Mortgage Solutions offers a variety of loan programs to meet your needs. We work with the leading lenders in the industry to provide: - Fixed Rate Mortgage with terms of 10, 15, 20, and 30 years. - Adjustable Rate Mortgages - 3/1 and 5/1 programs. - Special Non-Standard Programs - For applicants with special needs. - Wisconsin's WHEDA program - for homebuyers that have not owned a home for the past three years. We offer a selection of Home Equity revolving line of credit second mortgage and fixed rate second mortgage programs for home purchase or refinance. Also, be sure to talk to your credit union about thier second mortgage program. Construction loans are available through a few of our credit union partners. We do not offer VA or FHA mortgages at this time.

Jumbo Loans (whose maximum loan amount exceed $417,000 for the contiguous states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico or exceed $625,500 for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands) are calculated based on a loan amount of $1,000,000 with closing costs of $20,000. Your actual APR may be different depending upon these factors.
